Ingredients:
2 salmon fillets, de-skinned
½ teaspoon salt
Juice of one lemon
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon brown mustard
1 tablespoon fresh rosemary
2 tablespoons olive oil
½ teaspoon soy sauce
½ teaspoon brown sugar
Butter and lemon wedges.
Directions:
Wash and de-bone salmon fillets.
Pat dry and season both sides with salt.
In a small bowl combine lemon juice,
honey, mustard, rosemary, olive oil,
soy sauce and brown sugar.
Coat both sides of salmon with it.
Heat an oven proof skillet to high heat.
Place salmon in and sear for two minutes.
Turn salmon over and place skillet in oven
To finish cooking for about 10 minutes.
Serve with butter and lemon wedges.
