White Rice Crispy Pudding

This recipe uses cooked white rice
and rice crispies cereal to make a great
tasting and flavor crunching side dish.
Imagine your guests surprise when they
bite into this rice dish and get a crunch.
My brother doesn’t like raisins but I do,
And have included them in this recipe.
You can leave them out if you wish to.

Ingredients:
2 cups cooked white rice
1 cup rice crispies cereal
1 cup chocolate milk
¼ cup dried raisins
2 teaspoons instant tapioca
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions:
Doesn’t get much easier than this.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Place all ingredients in a casserole dish.
Cover and bake for about 1 hour.
