Spanish Chorizo Cooked in Wine

Here is a simple to prepare recipe that
makes one of the best tasting chorizo dishes.

Ingredients:
14 ounces semi-cured cooking chorizo
4 cups dry red wine

Directions:
Slice the chorizo unto 3/4-inch slices.
Heat a heavy-base pan and add the chorizo.
Cover with the wine, bring to a boil,
then lower the heat and let cook
until nearly all the wine has evaporated.
Serve.
