Delicata Squash Roasted

Delicata squash is sweet and flavorful
enough that it needs no dressing up.
Simply sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Ingredients:
2 Delicata squash
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Wash the Delicata squash and cut in
half lengthwise with a sharp knife.
Scrape the seeds and fiber out with a spoon.
Lay the squash cut side down on a baking sheet
Bake for 20 – 30 minutes or until
the squash is tender when pricked with a fork.
Remove from the oven, season and serve.
