Roasted Beets and Potatoes

Every now and then i need to make this.
Roasted fresh beets with potatoes.
Both sweet and white potatoes.
Simply dressed with olive oil and
seasoned with salt and pepper.
I like to add some fresh garlic.

Ingredients:
2 fresh beets
2 sweet poatoes
2 russet potatoes
olive oli
salt to taste
black pepper to taste
garlic cloves or powder

Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Wash beets and place in roasting pan.
Wash potatoes, place in pan.
Drizzle with olive oil,
sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Add garlic, cover and bake
for 1 1/2 hours or until done.
