Buffalo Shrimp

These shrimp are coated with seasoned flour
battered and deep fried crispy good.
Then served in a buttery red hot pepper sauce.
This is the recipe I use to make buffalo chicken wings.

Ingredients:
1/4 cup unsalted butter
1/4 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
1 dash black Pepper
20 rock shrimp
1 dash garlic powder
1/2 cup flour
vegetable oil for frying
1/4 cup red hot pepper sauce
1/4 teaspoon sweet smoked paprika
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Directions:
In a small bowl mix together the flour,
paprika, cayenne pepper and salt.
Place shelled shrimp in a large mixing bowl and
sprinkle flour mixture over them until
they are evenly coated.
Cover bowl and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Heat oil in a deep fryer to 375 degrees F.
The oil should be an inch or so deep.
Combine the butter, hot sauce, pepper and garlic powder
in a small saucepan over low heat.
Stir together and heat until butter is melted
and mixture is well blended.
Remove from heat and reserve for serving.
Fry coated shrimp in hot oil until done.
Remove from heat, place shrimp in serving bowl,
add hot sauce mixture and stir together. Serve.
