These have some cinnamon in them.
Soft and chewy with a good crunch.
A nice creamy peanut butter flavor.
Ingredients:
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup white sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup flour
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Break eggs into a mixing bowl,
add vanilla and mix to combine.
In a seperate bowl stir together
sugar, cinnamon and salt.
Pour into egg mixture and stir to combine.
Add in peanut butter and flour.
Mix to make a workable batter.
Using wet hands roll out walnut size balls
and place an inch apart on cookie sheet.
Using a fork flatten batter down to form cookies.
Bake for about 15 minutes or until done.
Let cool and store in airtight container.
This recipe make 24 cookies.
