Cooking eggs isn't as easy as it seems,
here are a few tips on how to make them.
Have your toast all done on a plate first.
Ingredients:
6 large eggs
2 tablespoons butter
salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Preheat saute pan on medium heat.
Crack one egg at a time in a cup,
placing them into the saute pan.
Don't mess with them for 2 minutes.
When the whites are cooked enough turn
the eggs over and remove pan from heat.
Cover and let rest for 2 minutes or so.
If you want tighter egg yolks you can
leave the saute pan on the hot burner
so that the yolks get a bit more solid.
Plate sunny side up eggs on buttered toast.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
