If you want to whip up an easy batch of cookies,
boxed cake mix works for the cookie dough batter.
Add in whatever chocolate or nuts you desire.
Ingredients:
6 ounces cake mix
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 large egg
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Measure out 6 ounces cake mix in a bowl,
combine it with the egg and oil, mix well.
Using hands form into walnut sized balls.
Place 2" apart on a parchment lined sheet.
Bake for about 12 minutes, remove to cool.
