really good tasting brussel sprouts salad.
I can't stop eating one of these every time
I walk past the dish on the kitchen counter.
Ingredients:
12 fresh brussel sprouts
4 cups water
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
4 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons Italian dressing
Directions:
Cut in half and trim brussel sprouts.
Place in a pan and cover with water.
Add salt, pepper and sugar to water,
bring to boil, then lower heat to a simmer
for about 20 minutes or until tender.
