The stuffing is made with a jar of basil pesto
and tasty room temperature cream cheese.
How easy is that? These taste fantastic!
Place the tomatoes stem side down so that
they don't roll around all over the place.
Ingredients:
24 red cherry tomatoes
1 block cream cheese, softened
5 ounces Classico traditional basil pesto
Directions:
Cut the top off of the cherry tomatoes,
not the stem side, scoop out the insides to accept
stuffing. set on serving platter cut side up.
In a mixing bowl combine cream cheese
with basil pest sauce mixing well.
Stuff tomatoes and serve at room temperature.
