Peanut Butter Glaze
for Baked Easter Ham

This is a liquid glaze that
sticks to the ham as it bakes.
The peanut butter makes this
a special tasting ham glaze.

Ingredients:
1 cup chicken stock
1/4 cup peanut butter
2 tablespoons honey
2 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Directions:
Place all ingredients in a
food processor or blender
and mix to combine well.
Use to baste ham as it bakes
every 20 minutes or so.
