This time of year a lot of people look for
the best way to cook a corned beef brisket.
I keep things as simple as possible by using
a slow cooker on high for 4 hours, then
on low for another 4 hours. I only add water
to cover the brisket along with the spices from
the packet and some freshly ground black pepper.
I cook the side vegetables separately.
Carrots, cabbage and white potatoes.
