Easy Coconut Custard Pie

Simply take the ingredients and
blend them together and pour
it into a 9" pie plate and bake.
It creates it's own crust and doesn't
get much easier to make than this.

Ingredients:
4 large eggs
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup flaked coconut
1/2 cup sugar

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Grease and flour a 9" pie plate
Mix well all ingredients but coconut.
Mix until it is blended.
Add the coconut and mix it in.
Pour the mixture into the pie plate
and bake for 1 hour or until set.
