White Rice for Stir Fry

This is an easy recipe to make white rice
that is perfectly cooked for a stir fry.

Ingredients:
4 cups cold water
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 cups dried rice

Directions:
Bring water to a boil in a uncovered saucepan.
Stir in rice and then turn off heat.
let the rice sit in thecooking water 10 minutes.
Raise heat to high and bring to a boil again,
turn off heat and allow to sit another 10 minutes.
Use a slotted spoon to remove rice from pan.
Place cooked rice in a container with a cover,
refrigerate overnight befrore using in a stir fry.
