With chocolate pudding in the batter
these cookies are a special treat.
Double the chocolate inside and then
then dipped in gooey melted chocolate,
these cookies have triple the chocolate.
I think I just drooled on my keyboard!
Ingredients:
2-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup white granulated sugar
1 (3.4 ounce) package-
instant chocolate pudding
2 large eggs, white or brown
1 teaspoon real vanilla extract
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup chopped pistachio nuts
melted chocolate for dipping
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a mixing bowl combine the flour
salt and baking soda, set aside.
In another mixing bowl, cream together
butter, brown sugar, and white sugar.
Beat in the instant pudding mix until blended.
Stir in the eggs, beaten and vanilla.
Blend in the flour mixture to the wet mixture.
Stir in the chocolate chips and nuts.
Drop cookie dough by rounded teaspoonfuls
onto parchment paper lined cookie sheets.
Bake for 12 minutes until edges are browned.
Remove cookies to cool before
dipping them in melted chocolate.
