Everybody likes BLT sandwiches made with
vine ripened garden fresh red tomatoes.
In the middle of winter what can you do?
When you want a BLT sandwich try this.
I replaced the mayonaise with tomato paste.
Added some really good extra virgin olive oil
to make a bright tasting good BLT sandwich.
Ingredients
For one sandwich:
2 slices sliced bread of your choice
Toasted or not it's up to you.
1 tablespoon extra virgn olive oil
2 tablespoons canned tomato paste
use the best tasting tomato paste
4 slices smoked bacon, cooked
Iceberg lettuce
