Hard cooked eggs are easy to prepare.
Older eggs are easier to peel the shells.
Ingredients:
Large eggs
Water to cover eggs by 1"
Water to cool cooked eggs
Directions:
Place eggs in a saucepan and cover
the eggs with cold water by 1".
Cover saucepan and bring to a
slow boil on high heat.
Shut heat off and start timing.
Six minutes for soft boiled eggs,
10 to 12 minutes for hard cooked.
Drain hot water from saucepan and
fill with cold water to cool eggs.
