Poached Egg in Microwave

You'll be amazed at how good and fast it is
to poach an egg using a microwave oven.
Try this recipe and I guarentee that you
will never poach an egg in a sautee pan.
It's a little tricky getting the time to
cook it just the way you like it because
all microwaves cook differant temperatures.

1 large egg
1/3 cup cold water
1/8 teaspoon butter
salt to taste
pepper to taste

Place water in a glass measuring cup.
Crack open egg right into water and
using a sharp knife poke it in egg yolk.
Cover the cup with plastic wrap.
Microwave on high power for one minute
or until the egg is poached to your liking.
Drain water and plate the poached egg.
Season with butter, salt and pepper.
