Creamiest Mashed Potatoes

Made using canned Evaporated Milk.
These mashed potatoes are extra special.
They even taste good when eaten cold and
only take about 30 minutes to prepare.

6 cups cold water, salted
6 Yukon Gold potatoes, peeled
4 tablespoon butter
1/4 teaspoon salt or to taste
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 cup evaporated milk, or more

Place salted water in a soup pot,
cut potatoes into quarters into pot.
Bring to a boil and cook for about 20 minutes
or until potatoes are fork tender, drain water.
add evaporated milk, butter, salt and pepper to potatoes.
Using a hand potato mixer mash potatoes until smooth.
Remove mashed potatoes to a serving dish, enjoy.
