Creamy Cornmeal Pudding

Made using a microwave oven,
this only takes two minutes time and
is very good tasting on a cold winter day.
I like to add in a touch of sugar on top.

1/2 cup cold water
dash of salt or to taste
4 tablespoons corn meal
1 tablespoon unsalted butter

Place water in a measuring cup and add salt.
Heat in a microwave oven for 1 minute, then
stir in corn meal and cook for another 10 seconds.
Remove and garnish with butter and/or sugar.
