Butter Bread Stuffing Mix

I use this stuffing to make the best baked shrimp.
It stays on the shrimp and not off in the pan.
It's simple to make, browns up and tastes great.

8 tablespoons unsalted butter
2 cups Italian flavored dried bread crumbs
2 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
1 tablespoon white sugar
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1/4 cup white wine

In a mixing bowl combine all ingredients.
adding more or less wine to make a pasty oatmeal like
stuffing mixture that holds together when hand squeezed.
Use as a stuffing for shrimp, clams or even mushrooms.
