Chicken Soup with Lettuce

Chicken soup with a little bit of crunch.
You don't cook the lettuce into mushiness,
so it adds another layer of flavor goodness.
I reheated some home made chicken soup
but I'm sure this will work even with canned.

1 cup chicken soup per serving
1/4 cup crunchy lettuce

Reheat soup just until warm to eat.
You don't want to wilt the lettuce.
I microwaved it for only 90 seconds.
