Salmon Salad Sandwiches

You can also make salmon tacos with this.
Either use fresh baked, grilled or canned salmon.
The secret is to use Greek style Yogurt
which adds a tang to the salad dressing.

Ingredients:
2 cups cooked salmon, chopped
2 stalks celery, diced
1 small red onion, peeled and diced
1 cup Greek Style Yogurt, plain
1 fresh lemon, zest of
1 fresh lemon, juice of
fresh ground black pepper to taste

Directions:
In a large mixing bowl combine the salmon
celery, onion, yogurt, lemon zest and juice.
season with ground black pepper to taste.
Use salad to make sandwiches or fish tacos.
