Barbecue Pork Ribs

Made in a slow cooker or crock pot
these ribs are fall off the bone tender.
You add just a small amount of sauce
at the end of the long time cooking.
One taste and you'll have to sit down.

1 rack country style ribs
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 cups water or broth
1/2 cup barbecue sauce

Directions:
Place ribs in a slow cooker then>br>
season with salt and pepper.
Pour liquid in slow cooker, cover.
Heat on low heat for 8 hours.
Carefully remove cooked ribs to
cut them into serving size pieces.
Drain of all but 1 cup of the cooking
liquid and stir in the barbecue sauce.
Place ribs back in slow cooker,
drizzle some barbecue sauce on top.
Cover slow cooker and heat on low
1 more hour or until serving time.
