Butter Fried Leftover Chicken

Good tasting as the chicken gets a golden tan.
It does dry out some in the saute pan but that's a
good thing when added to a creamy salad dressing.

1 cup cooked chicken
1 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoons sour cream
1 teaspoon bbq sauce

Heat up a saute pan and melt butter.
Add in cooked chicken to brown.
Remove when done and serve with
sour cream and bbq sauce on the side.
