These small size pizzas are great for parties.
You can make them ahead of time and
serve them at room temperature or cold.
I keep things simple with the ingredients.
Ingredients:
12 Pita pocket breads
12 tablespoons pizza sauce
12 deli sliced pepperoni (optional)
12 deli sliced provelone cheese
12 dashes dried oregano
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Arrange pita pockets side by side on
an aluminum foil lined baking sheet.
Spread pizza sauce on each pita then
top with cheese, a dash of oregano and
if using a slice of deli sliced pepperoni.
Bake until almost browned and cheese
has turned all melted into gooey goodness.
