Horseradish goes well with shrimp.
The tomato salsa adds great texture
along with just the right amount of heat.
Simple to make and tastes great.
1 ( 8 ounce ) jarred tomato salsa
1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
1 pound cooked shrimp
1/4 iceberg lettuce, chopped
In a mixing bowl combine shrimp with
salsa and horseradish until coated well.
Serve shrimp on top of a bed of lettuce.
