Shucking whole fresh corn on the cob,
removing the silk can be a difficult task.
Use the microwave to steam the corn
only for a few minutes allows you to
squeeze out the whole corn easily.
Ingredients:
2 whole corn on cob
Directions:
Cut the stalk end off the corn and
place them on a plate in the oven.
Microwave on high for 2 minutes,
then remove and squeeze the whole
corn on the cob out of the husks.
They come out cleanly with no silks.
Ready to be cooked, boiled or grilled.
