Mashed Potato Pizza

A tasty way to use up leftover mashed potatoes.
With bacon, mushrooms and roasted red peppers.
You must try this pizza at least once in your life.
Cooked on a grill this is an amazing tasting pizza.
I like this with a few dashes of hot pepper sauce.
I add some sliced pepperoni because it's good.

1 pound pizza dough
2 cups tomato sauce
2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
2 cups cooked mashed potatoes
2 slices cooked bacon slices
1 cup mushrooms, sliced
1/2 cup roasted red peppers
1 tablespoon dried oregano

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Spread raw pizza dough on sheet pan and
top with tomato sauce, cheese, bacon
mushrooms, red peppers and potatoes.
Bake until heated through for about 30 minutes.
Let cool 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
