Eggs in English Muffins

This is a copy recipe that I've made.
An egg and bacon muffin sandwich.
Kind of like the Egg McMuffin.
Made using the microwave oven,
it's quick to prepare in the morning.

Ingredients:
1 teaspoon unsalted butter
1 large egg, beaten
1 English muffin, toasted
1 slice Deli American cheese
1 slice smoked Canadian bacon

Directions:
Place butter in a one cup glass dish.
Crack the egg into to dish and using
a fork scramble the egg a little bit.
Place dish in microwave and cook
on high power for 2 minutes.
Place cooked egg on bottom of the
toasted and buttered English muffin.
Place a slice of bacon on top.
Place a slice of cheese on top.
Cover with the other English muffin.
Serve warm with a cup of hot coffee.
