Removing Meat from Lobster Legs

I always have trouble removing the meat from
the lobster legs that I have boiled or steamed.
Most of the time I throw the legs away thinking
it to be too much trouble to get out to little meat.
Use a baking rolling pin to roll the meat out.
Hmmm.
I'm going to get me a lobster just to try this out.
