I took a blueberry waffle topped it with
one large egg and baked it sunny side up.
The yolk was nice and runny the way I like.
You can also place a slice of cheese on this.
Ingredients:
1 frozen blueberry waffle
1 tablespoon butter
1 large egg
Directions:
Line a baking dish with foil.
Place frozen waffle on dish.
Spread butter around edge of waffle.
Drop egg in the center and then place
the baking dish in a toaster oven.
Bake until egg sets and waffle browns.
