Good to make Ritz cracker appetizers.
1 (5 ounce) canned tuna, drained
1 fresh lemon, zest and juice of
6 black olives, chopped
1/2 celery stalk, peeled and chopped
1 slice of red onion, chopped
1 scallion, chopped
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
dash of ground black pepper
Use a food processor to chop celery,
onions and olives to desired textures.
Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
Stir to combine well and serve.
