The carrots get all brown and creamy good.
This is a good Thanksgiving day side dish
that can be made ahead of time and reheated.
I like to serve them with a white cream sauce.
2 pounds baby carrots
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
white sauce for serving them
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Place carrots in a roasting pan,
dot with butter and bake covered.
It should take about 90 minutes or so.
Remove until serving with cream sauce.
