Ice Cream Flavored Cookies

Use any flavor ice cream to make some
of that ice creams flavor sugar cookies.
The ice cream takes place of butter or
vegetable shortening in this recipe.

Ingredients:
1 cup frozen ice cream, melted
1 cup granulated sugar
1 large egg, beaten
2 cups flour, more if needed
1 teaspoon baking powder

Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Line a cookie sheet with parchment.
In a mixing bowl combine flour,
baking powder with salt and set aside.
In another bowl mix together egg, sugar
melted ice cream until well blended.
Combine wet ingredients with dry just
enough to make a workable cookie dough.
Use hands to make small 1" round balls.
Arrange 2" apart on baking sheet and use
a fork to press the dough and flatten it out some.
Bake for about 12 minutes or until browned edges.
Remove to cool before storing in an air tight container.
