Best Barbecued Chicken Ever

Everyone I'm sure has a favorite BBQ chicken recipe,
this recipe is one of mine for the best grilled chicken.
You might even want to double or triple this recipe.

Ingredients:
1 chicken (3 to 4 pounds), cut up
2 cups red wine vinegar
1 cup olive oil
1 cup ketchup
1/2 cup tomato juice
3 tablespoons hot pepper sauce
1 tablespoon poultry seasoning
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried onions

Directions:
In a large sealable plastic bag
combine the vinegar, olive oil
ketchup, tomato juice, pepper sauce
poultry seasonin,salt,pepper
garlic powder and dried onions.
Reserve 1 cup for basting chicken.
Add chicken to bag,refrigerate 4 hours.
Remove chicken from bag,discard marinade.
Grill chicken, covered, over low heat,
turning and basting with reserved marinade
several times, for 60-75 minutes
or until juices run clear.
