Orange Barbecue Chicken

I make this orange barbecue chicken and
people fight who gets the last piece.
This uses a good basic orange barbeque sauce.

Ingredients:
2 chicken,cut up
3 tablespoons salt or salt substitute
2 tablespoons onion powder
1 tablespoon paprika
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1-1/2 teaspoons chili powder
1-1/2 teaspoons pepper
1/4 teaspoon ground turmeric
Pinch ground red pepper
2 cups ketchup
3 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons dried minced onion
2 tablespoons thawed orange juice concentrate
1 tablespoon Seasoning Mix
1/2 teaspoon Liquid Smoke

Directions:
Wash and pat chicken pieces dry, set aside.
In a bowl combine salt, onion powder,
smoked paprika,garlic powder,chili powder,
pepper, turmeric and red pepper.
Sprinkle generously over both sides of the chicken.
Set a side 1 tablespoon mix for sauce
Grill chicken, skin side down, uncovered,
over medium heat for 20 minutes. Turn,
grill 20 to 30 minutes more or until
chicken is tender and no longer pink.
Meanwhile, combine in a small bowl,
ketchup, brown sugar,minced onion,
orange juice concentrate and
one tablespoon seasonings and Liquid Smoke.
During the last 10 minutes of grilling,
brush chicken often with sauce.
