My Grandmother used to make this simple
Iced box cake all the time for Birthdays.
It's easy and tastes good on a hot summer day.
Ingredients:
1 pound package chocolate wafers
1 pint whipping cream
Directions:
Arange cookies in one layer on a serving plate
top with a layer of whipped cream
then another layer of wafers
repeat with whipped cream on top.
You can also put whipped cream on all sides.
Refrigerate an hour before serving.
