Country Home Fried Potatoes

I remember these potatoes when a kid,
These are the best tasting fried taters.
Don't ya skimp on the bacon, it's flavor.

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons butter
4 medium potatoes,peeled,sliced
6 bacon slices, sliced
1/4 teaspoon brown sugar
Ground black pepper

Directions:
Cook bacan in skillet until just done,remove.
Heat butter in skillet add prepared potatoes.
Sauté without stirring, until golden on bottom.
Turn and brown the other side.
Sprinkle with salt sugar and pepper to taste.
Add bacon pieces and
serve with tomato ketchup on the side.
