These meatballs make the best grinder ever
in a freshly baked sub or hoggie roll
with your favorite tomato sauce.
And this recipe can also be used to make
a very good meatloaf out of it, just add one
chopped green bell pepper to the ingredients
shape entire recipe into a loaf,tomato sauce on top.
Ingredients:
1 pound 85/15 ground beef
1/2 cup fresh bread crumbs
2 large eggs
1 large egg white
1/2 cup whole milk
1/4 cup grated romano cheese
1/4 cup grated parmasan cheese
1 small onion,peeled and diced
1 fresh garlic clove,peeled and minced
1 tablespoon fresh parsley,chopped
1 tablespoon basil leaves,chopped
4 tablespoons olive oil
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Spread olive oil on baking sheet.
In large bowl mix all ingredients
If mixture seems loose add more bread crumbs.
Roll meatballs with wet hands loosely about
the size of a golf ball and place on baking sheet.
Place into preheated oven
for approximately 35 to 40 minutes.
