Whenever I have a banana going black on the
counter I make this strawberry banana jello.
Ingredients:
1 very ripe banana
1 package strawberry flavored jello
1 cup hot water
1 cup cold water
Directions:
Disolve jello mix in hot water
Add to cold water.
Mix with cut up banana.
Refrigerate overnight.
