This recipe I came up with many years ago
after watching an episode of the southern guy
Justin Wilson on public tv,
in that episode he was glazing pecans.
Well I like pistachio nuts much more
better than pecans,these are addicting,
I guarantee!
Ingedients:
1 pound pistachio nuts,shelled
2 teaspoons dark brown sugar
2 teaspoons honey
1 teaspoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
Directions
Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl.
Cover a cookie sheet with aluminium foil
spread well coated pistachio nuts
in a single layer on cookie sheet.
Stir once or twice while baking
for about 10 minutes,
Rwmove from oven and cool completly.
Store in an air tight container or in the freezer.
