Ham & Pickle Salad

Have some left over cooked ham and
need a recipe to use some of it?
This makes a really good lunch sandwich.

Ingredients:
1 cup left over ham
4 dill pickles,chopped
1 small onion,chopped
1 celery stalk,chopped
1/2 cup mayonaise
1/2 teaspoon sugar
black pepper to taste

Directions:
Mince ham in food processor,remove to mixing bowl.
Mince pickles in food processor,remove to mixing bowl.
Mince celery in food processor,remove to mixing bowl.
Add mayonaise,sugar and pepper to bowl,mix really good.
refrigerate until ready to use on your favorite bread.

I like this recipe, it's simple and straight forward. A kind of thing my Mother would make for us kids.
I used half mayo and Miricle whip, added some fresh rosemary to it
and it was delish.
