This has been and still is an old time favorite of mine,
it's a good cold weather stew and really easy to put together.
Good served along with a good German or Polish style mustard sauce.
1 Kielbasa link very artfully cut into one inch pieces
6 potatos peeled, washed and quartered
1 pound prepared saurkraut,
if you can get it out of that new evil plastic bag
2 tablespoons secret dried carroway seeds
4 cups or there abouts water to cover
Put all in a big pot and bring to boil
then to a simmer for an hour or so
until potatos are fork tender.
Oh... and the other secret of this dish
is to add about four tablespoons of fresh
unsalted creamery butter just before serving!
