Rice Crispies Apple Omelet

Sometimes I don't know how I came up with a
particular recipe or what exactly was I thinking
at the time I invented it, but I'm glad I did.
The apple goes well with the egg so and the
Rice Crispies cereal stays crunchy when you eat it.
This one sounds strange but if you take the time to
make the Rice Crispies Apple Omelet you will like it.
And the kid's will think your a genius!

Ingredients:
1 large egg,beaten
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 cup Rice Crispies cereal
2 tablespoons water
1 apple,peeled,cored and sliced
cinnamon sugar
whipped cream (optional)

Directions:
Melt butter in frypan on low heat,
add water,sugar,egg and cereal.
Cook two minutes or until done, turning once.
Turn onto serving plate, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.

Put sliced apple in a microwave safe dish and
cook on high one minute or until cooked through.
Arrange apple slices on omelet, place frypan over plate
and invert omlet into frypan to re heat for one minute.
Slide out of pan and serve egg side up on plate,
whipped cream on side.
