Cooked in a microwave and toaster oven in six minutes
this dish is great for a quick lunch or snack for one.
Ingredients:
1 or 2 eggs,scrambled
1 or 2 frozen waffles
butter
Directions:
Place waffles in toaster oven toast until browned,
remove waffles to serving plate and butter waffle.
Butter bottom of a two cup measuring cup
place egg in and mix with fork.
Put in microwave on high for two minutes,
a few seconds more if not all set up.
Remove egg and place on waffle, serve.
