Baked Apples and Bananas are great served over oatmeal,
french toast and waffles, or you can eat it plain.
Ingredients:
2 apples, peeled,cored and thinly sliced
2 bananas, split lengthwise and cut in half
juice of 1/2 a lemon
1/4 cup light brown sugar
1/4 cup apple juice
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Directions:
Combine apples and bananas and put into a glass baking dish.
Sprinkle with lemon juice.
Combine remaining ingredients and pour over apples and bananas.
Cook on high microwave setting for 3 or 4 minutes,
or until soft and just warmed through.
Serve over cooked oatmeal if desired.
