Bread Machine Yorkshire Spice Bread

You may hold out the rasins and put them in when the machine
beeps if you use the raisin setting on the machine.

Combine all ingredients and bake per machine instructions:

1 1/2 pound loaf
1/2 c Raisins
3/4 c Milk
1/2 tb Maple syrup
2 tb Applesauce (or butter)
1 Egg
2 1/2 c Bread flour + 2T
1/4 c Powdered sugar
1 tb Orange peel, dried
1/2 ts Nutmeg
1 ts Cinnamon
1 1/2 ts Yeast
