Chicken in a creamy sauce well worth
the time it takes to slow cook it.
It just fills the house with such a delicious,
mild aroma while it cooks!
Ingredients:
8 chicken breasts halves, boneless and skinless
8 slices of bacon
1 jar dried beef
2 cans Big Y Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 pint Big Y Sour Cream
Directions:
Wrap 1 slice of bacon around each breast.
Cut dried beef into small pieces and spread evenly
in bottom of casserole dish.
Place chicken on top of dried beef.
In separate bowl, mix sour cream and mushroom soup.
Pour over chicken.
Bake at 300 degrees F. for 3 hours, uncovered.
